Where is the ivy?

We did something we don't do enough of today - took the bus into Cambridge. It always seems such a hassle, but really it is so easy and the kids love it. Our neighborhood seems so much more urban after our adventure.

We have been reading a Babar book where he comes to the US including a visit to Harvard. The illustration shows a brick dorm covered in ivy. We went to look for a similar building. No more ivy though, we discovered. (I am guessing it's not too good for the brickwork long term). Here are the boys sitting on the stairs to the main (I think!) library.

Jacks cast is off - all is healing - no sports or risky activities for 3 weeks when we have 1 more follow up!

He will leopard his sling a few days.

Jack Check-up

Jack had an x-ray and check-up at the Ortho. Clinic at Boston Children's yesterday. All is going to plan and he will have his pins/ cast removed in 2 weeks!
