Hopeful!

Nate was back at children's today for another food challenge. He ate a total of 8 whole wheat crackers (triscuits)! So far so good, he had no reaction. He will eat 6.5 (yes, really) for the next 3 days and then he is cleared! What will remain is barley and eggs.

First Day of 1st Grade and PreK!

Day 2 at children's (good stuff) (knock on wood)

Jack's cast came off yesterday and he is fine to play, etc. he can start soccer with his team and everything!

Nate had a "food challenge" for milk today. He drank 1 teaspoon, then 2, the 5oz of whole milk! Despite my paranoia he "passed." He will be cleared if he can drink 6 oz for 3 more days!

Nate's Birthday Party

Nate only wanted 2 kids at his party, but due to scheduling and having 2 friends who also have stay-at-home parents, we had their siblings too!

We also let him open his presents since Jack go to do so this year on his birthday party day (since we were away for Jack's actual birthday). I didn't want a week of whining and forgot to "warn" Nate about the normal tradition of opening on the birthday. Since we also had visits from 2 grandparents this weekend, it has been a LOT of presents in the last few days.
