One-Quarter Birthday

I am 3 months old today!


I am so big I can no longer use the bassinet part of my Pack N Play, so now mommy and daddy need to strengthen their backs so they can pick me up from naps. I am now a long way down...

Video!

Yay for blogger for adding an easy way to upload movies. This is just a little something mom took last week as a test. She took it with her regular camera, not the video camera, so the quality isn't amazing. It isn't me at my happiest, because I am SO tired from holding my head up. However, you can see me in motion, which is pretty cool!

Go Pats (belated)

You can tell I was excited pre-game! Of course I am always happy to be on my changing table - it is best if I am naked, but even clothed it is a fun place to be.






PS - Thanks Uncle Andy and Aunt Katie - I LOVE my jersey:) It is the perfect size to carry me through the playoffs too...

Space Issues...

mommy has run out of hard drive space on her computer, so it will be a few days before more blog photos can be added!

In the meantime these are some of the things I have been doing and am planning!

* I giggle....Mommy and daddy aren't that funny so it is still a rare event
* I can hold my head up very well (though do get tired of this eventually)
* I am getting quite good at grabbing things in front of me. My arms/hands still don't quite do what I want them to do, but they are getting there
* I still don't like to be on my tummy, but can tolerate it if I am very rested
* I am starting a yoga class with mommy on Tuesday and a mommy/baby enrichment class on Weds.
* I have been to 2 movies (Ocean's 13 and Sicko) and am going to my third today (No Reservations)...Mommy brings us to the baby-friendly movie at the Capitol Theatre right here in Arlington
* I have been to 4 states (MA, CT, NH and MI) and will go to my 5th in a few weeks (ME)

My First Pair of Jeans!

I am a giant 12 week old - these are size 6-12 months! Mommy tried them on me just for fun thinking they would be too big but they fit me fine around the waist, though are a tad long. Given I can't walk yet that is ok. It isn't like I will trip over them!

Sleeping...

Mommy and Daddy let me sleep unswaddled last night for the first time. Up until now I have slept in one of these SwaddleMes since they can't figure out how to swaddle me well in a receiving blanket. I am way to clever to stay in one of those. Not only did I sleep very well for them unswaddled, but I showed them how I can turn on my side. I have done this for them a few times the last few nights.


For those of you interested in such things, I normally sleep from about 9:30 until about 4-4:30 and then go back to sleep after getting some food. If I am feeling especially tired, I will wake up only at 5:30 and if I am feeling like I want to annoy Mommy, which is rare lately, I wake up at 3 and 6.
